We took over a small business 2 years ago and initially thought we would/could handle our own marketing and social media. The social media account we took over from the previous owners with a lot of followers around 50k which looked good on paper but in reality didn't mean much since only a very small proportion of our followers would see any content we posted. Since working with the Global Buzz, everyone comments on how beautiful our social media content is (sometimes it's a struggle not to take the credit for it!). Not only this, our engagement on socials has increased massively, as has our follower count of over 90k on instagram alone and this has converted into drastically increased bookings compared to when we were managing our own marketing. The Global Buzz use different strategies (that we don't really understand) to attract new customers, and it's made a big difference to us. Even not having to stress about filming and posting content has made our lives so much easier. Donna and Olivia are always on hand to help when we need them and have saved us with technical difficulties so often. Honestly, I don't really know what we would have done without them.
